Key to Rwanda's recovery is "hope". Hope can come through various avenues, but perhaps the greatest is through faith. During the genocide all systems failed the people including the government, UN, international community, communities, and churches. Because of this failure many lost hope in churches. It is our prayer that this hope can be restored and we believe that through God this is possible.

We recognize that time and a demonstration of God's love through His faithful people will be necessary to restore hope through faith. Rwanda Outreach & Community Foundation seeks to participate in this effort by acquiring a facility that will enable many Rwandan's to gather in a common place for the faithful and seek God's will for their lives and their nation.
