A missing generation

The Rwandese children seem to naturally have a happy smile on their faces.

Board of Directors

The Rwanda Outreach & Community Foundation (ROC Foundation) was formed to invest in projects to support Rwanda's development, to serve its people, and to share the blessings of the Christian faith. The ROC Foundation is an Oklahoma non-profit corporation, which is tax-exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3).

The board of directors includes::

Director of International Programs at Oklahoma Christian University. Quail Springs Church of Christ Mission Committee Chairman.

Mr. Tom Gooch (Vice Chairman) - tlgooch@cox.net
Retired from AT&T/Lucent (14) and Benham Companies (24). Quail Springs Church of Christ Elder and mission committee liaison to Rwanda.

Mr. Steve Clark (Treasurer) - sclark@eec-cpi.com
President and owner of Earlsboro Energies Corporation and C-P Integrated Services, Inc. Serves on the Board of the Christian Leadership Foundation of Oklahoma City and the Business Advisory Council to the School of Business at Oklahoma Christian University.

Mr. Dave Jenkins - dave.jenkins@rwanda1.com
Missionary in Kigali Rwanda since June 2005. Previously a missionary in Kampala, Uganda for 11 years.

Mr. Bryan Hixson - bryan.hixson@gmail.com Executive Site Director in Rwanda. Formerly served as the Director North Institute for Teaching and Learning at Oklahoma Christian University, and Sr. Training Associate for Eli Lilly and Company.
